Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may increase during product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package status.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Black Heritage Culture is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to customer-entered information.

Shipping Delays
Black Heritage Culture is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Black Heritage Culture is not responsible for items damaged, lost, or delayed during transit by the shipping carrier. Customers should file claims directly with the shipping provider when applicable.
