Refund policy
At Black Heritage Culture, we take pride in providing quality products and customer satisfaction.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an issue occurred due to an error on our part, including:

Product received with a manufacturing defect or quality issue caused before shipment.

Defective product
If you believe there was an issue with your order caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support.BlackHeritageCulture@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Please note that items damaged due to normal wear, improper use, or customer handling are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Black Heritage Culture is not responsible for items damaged during transit or shipping by the carrier. Any shipping-related claims should be filed directly with the shipping provider. However, we encourage customers to contact us if an issue arises so we can assist in resolving the matter whenever possible.
